WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise and in saleable condition with tags attached.
- Please allow 2 to 7 business days to process the return once it’s received.You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued!
- We estimate that your payment method provider will refund within 7-10 business days.
- The customers will be responsible for return shipments and cost. We are not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend that you use a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
You need to contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to process the return and we will provide you with the address where the return should be sent.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY MONEY?
If you have received an e-mail stating we have refunded you then it can take 7-10 business days to reach your account. If you have not received your refund by this time and you have received the confirmation e-mail then please contact your payment provider.
Can I EXCHANGE ITEM?
We do not offer exchanges but we accept you to return your item by mail in accordance with our Return Policy.
